These shoe inserts were for my wife, who has had pain from plantar fasciitis for about 6 months. She had previously tried another orthotic insert suggested by a shoe store, but the pain never went away and was getting worse. She has had these for only 3 days, so it may be premature, BUT her foot pain has been drastically reduced and she can even walk barefoot without the pain. She says that with their good arch support and cushioning, the inserts have made a huge difference in her being able to walk almost pain free.

Spend 8-10 hours a day working on my feet. These inserts work great! took 2 days to get used to, but no longer have to tape foot for Plantar Fasciitis.
