I've been using this bag for almost a year now, and it's the best, most practical bag I've used. I'm a teacher, and this bag can fit the assortment of things I need : 11 inch laptop in a neoprene case, drink bottle, pencil case, notebook, a light sweater, the standard wallet/phone/keys. The two outside pockets are terrific; I like that on one side, it's a smaller pocket where I can put my car keys. This provides easy access as I'm not fishing around a deep pocket (esp important for me as I'm often walking to carparks at night after tutoring). However I think it would have been better if, instead of all the credit card slots which I've never used, the bag had another pocket in the main compartment - it has one zip pocket which fits a large wallet nicely, but another one, even just a slip pocket on the other side (not in the middle to split the main space) would have been ideal.The leather : I was disappointed at first and found it quite stiff with a strong, unpleasant smell, however it's softened beautifully and the smell has gone. So if you buy and aren't that impressed with the leather at first, it will improve and become a lovely supple bag.The only problem I've encountered with this bag are the shoulder straps. There are 4 large buckles on the short straps - I've found the buckles tend to catch and pull on certain clothing like loosely knitted sweaters, and even a textured woven coat (I was shocked when I saw the condition of my coat and took a while to figure out what had caused all these pulled threads on the right upper back and sleeve), so unfortunately I just have to avoid certain clothing with this bag.

I bought this bag in Black from another vendor and i love it! Its big and deep on the inside.. I carry a makeup case (that weighs a ton), a wallet thats always packed with change, a paperback book, a small umbrella and a few other things and theres plenty of more room b/c the bag is deep. Not to mention its not heavy for packing all that stuff.. Its actually much lighter than any other bag I've owned.Leather is soft and supple...Flat handle straps are adjustable and much more comfortable than rounded straps. it also has a cross body strap. Inside pocket is pretty deep and there are 2 outer zip pockets that can each fit a smart phone. Also on the interior are some credit card slots (which are bit too big for cards so they might fall to bottom of ur bag) and 2 pen holders (i wouldnt put a pen in my bag out of fear of it leaking)The only reason i gave this bag 4 stars is b/c the interior color and pattern is awful...very tropical; it reminds me of the colors of a parrot. But all their bags have this I think.
