I ordered a size 6M for my little girl. When the shoe arrived they were way too big. I was able to return them with no problems! I ordered the second pair in a 5m. Still way to big. I was again able to return them with no problems. The shoes come in a big size. I ended up not ordering any more. I don't know what size she needs from this company. She normally wears a size 5.5. Shoe looked just like the picture.

I buy these sneakers every other year and this sneaker is all I wear but, the rubber separates from the leather. I just purchased a pair maybe 2 months ago and already where the sneaker bends as you walk is separated.
