It is not at all like it is in the picture. I am 5'3" and 130 lbs and this dress is like an over sized shirt that doesn't over lap around the waist with the belt like it does in the picture. The belt is just as bad, it's difficult to use and just isn't the type of belt you'd wear with a dress like this. When you tie it into a bow, the bow looks flimsy and ridiculous. The part of the "dress" near your arm pits and shoulder is presented a lot looser in the picture than it really is. If you wanted to wear this as a dress, don't buy it. Really a horrible purchase.

This is cute, I wear it with a pair of tights and flats. This is a good shopping dress for the spring

It's a very cute dress. A little shorter than I expected, but nothing that a cute pair of leggings can't fix.
