It is not at all like it is in the picture. I am 5'3" and 130 lbs and this dress is like an over sized shirt that doesn't over lap around the waist with the belt like it does in the picture. The belt is just as bad, it's difficult to use and just isn't the type of belt you'd wear with a dress like this. When you tie it into a bow, the bow looks flimsy and ridiculous. The part of the "dress" near your arm pits and shoulder is presented a lot looser in the picture than it really is. If you wanted to wear this as a dress, don't buy it. Really a horrible purchase.

It's a very cute dress. A little shorter than I expected, but nothing that a cute pair of leggings can't fix.

This dress is perfect. I love the style and color. I have been wanting to wear the cutout design on the arms, but not spend too much money in case I didn't like the look. The color is a little darker than the photo looks, which is good. I thought it would have a more faded look, but the color is s deep navy. It comes with a little braid belt, which I will probably never wear, but I have tried it with a couple of my own skinny belts and they all look super cute. I have also tried it with wedges and sandals, so it can be dressed up or down. I also plan to wear it with leggings when it cools off. The dress is short. I'm 5'2" and 130 lbs, so the Large fit me perfectly. If you are taller thought, you may want to wear it as a shirt or with leggings. Either way, for the price you can't go wrong.
