The shoe was darling and seemed like it would be durable, but some of the pieces were sewn incorrectly. The fit and construction of one shoe was just fine, but on the other shoe the heel and rear outer side of it was sewn crooked and forced her foot to roll outward and walk on the side of the shoe. We had to return them...

My daughter loves dressy shoes, and I wanted a pair she could play and run in. These fit the bill! They have a ton of traction and, thanks to the wide strap, they stay on very nicely. I'd recommend them to any kid who DOESN'T have a high instep... the rose-covered strap is just tight enough that it might be uncomfortable for them...

I really liked the look of this shoe as well as the rubber sole. I thought it would be perfect for my daughter who really likes to run around. After wearing these about 20 times, one shoe had a big hole at the top, which opened up to a huge split between the sole and top portion of the shoe.Really cute looking, but not durable at all.
